Always Be Farming provides professional digital and service-based work. We generally do not sell or ship physical products. Fulfillment usually occurs through website publication, account configuration, digital files, email, online platforms, remote meetings, or other electronic delivery methods appropriate to the project.
1. How Services Are Delivered
Website design, website development, marketing, maintenance, consulting, and related services are primarily delivered electronically.
Depending on the service, delivery may include:
- Design and publication of a WordPress website.
- Website redesigns, page updates, or technical improvements.
- Domain, DNS, SSL, hosting, or website account configuration.
- Contact forms, quote forms, booking tools, maps, reviews, or third-party integrations.
- Email campaign setup, newsletter design, copywriting, or simple marketing graphics.
- Social media copy, campaign planning, or digital marketing materials.
- Electronic documents, files, credentials, or account access.
- Remote meetings, email communication, and other digital project support.
2. When Project Work Begins
Project work generally begins after the customer has completed the applicable startup requirements. Depending on the project, these may include:
- Accepting the quote, proposal, or project agreement.
- Paying any required deposit or retainer.
- Providing requested content, logos, photos, pricing, or business information.
- Providing necessary access to domains, hosting, websites, social accounts, or other platforms.
- Confirming the desired project direction, scope, and key requirements.
A quoted timeline may not begin until the information, access, approvals, and payment reasonably necessary to start work have been received.
3. Typical Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary based on project size, complexity, revisions, integrations, customer responsiveness, and third-party services.
A typical small-business website project may take approximately 2–6 weeks after the required project materials and access have been received. Simpler projects may be completed sooner, while larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
The timeline included in an accepted quote, proposal, or written agreement will control when it provides a more specific project schedule.
4. Website Design & Development Projects
Website projects are generally delivered in stages rather than as a single final file. The process may include planning, initial development, customer review, revisions, technical testing, domain connection, and launch.
A typical website project may include:
- Initial review of the customer's business and existing online presence.
- Page and content organization.
- WordPress and Elementor development.
- Responsive design for common desktop and mobile screen sizes.
- Form, link, navigation, and integration setup within the agreed scope.
- Customer review and agreed revisions.
- Final testing and launch support.
Final website launch or transfer may be conditioned on payment of the remaining project balance when required by the applicable quote or agreement.
5. Email, Social Media & Marketing Services
Marketing services are delivered according to the scope and schedule established for the customer. Deliverables may include campaign plans, copy, email layouts, social media content, simple graphics, automations, list organization, or performance reporting.
When customer approval is required before a campaign is published or distributed, the delivery timeline depends on timely review and approval by the customer.
Always Be Farming does not guarantee specific leads, sales, email engagement, social reach, search rankings, or other marketing outcomes.
6. Website Care, Maintenance & Ongoing Support
Recurring website care and support are performed during the applicable service period rather than delivered as a one-time product.
Depending on the plan or agreement, ongoing services may include:
- WordPress core and plugin updates.
- Routine backups and basic website checks.
- Minor text or image changes.
- Form troubleshooting.
- DNS or hosting assistance.
- General website support.
Requests outside the included maintenance scope may require additional charges or a separate quote.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Timely fulfillment requires customer participation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and responding to reasonable project requests.
This may include:
- Providing business information, text, photos, logos, and other content.
- Providing account access or credentials when necessary.
- Reviewing work and providing consolidated feedback.
- Approving designs, content, integrations, or launch decisions.
- Paying required deposits, retainers, or invoices on time.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide are accurate and that they have permission to use and publish those materials.
8. Customer Delays, Pauses & Rescheduling
Delivery dates may be extended if requested content, credentials, approvals, feedback, payment, or other required information is delayed.
If a project becomes inactive for an extended period because the customer has not provided what is needed to continue, Always Be Farming may pause the project and reschedule the remaining work based on current availability.
A delay caused by missing customer materials or approvals does not necessarily change the customer's payment obligations for work already completed or third-party costs already incurred.
9. Third-Party Platforms & Delivery Dependencies
Some services depend on third-party companies or platforms such as domain registrars, hosting providers, WordPress, Elementor, plugins, Google, email platforms, social networks, payment processors, APIs, or other software.
Delivery may be delayed by outages, account verification, DNS propagation, approval processes, provider restrictions, security reviews, software changes, or other circumstances controlled by those third parties.
Always Be Farming will make reasonable efforts to help resolve issues related to the agreed work, but we cannot guarantee the timing, availability, or performance of third-party services.
10. Customer Review & Acceptance
Customers are responsible for reviewing project deliverables and identifying requested changes before final approval or launch.
Approval of a website, campaign, document, design, configuration, or other deliverable indicates acceptance of the work in its current form, subject to any remaining obligations specifically stated in the project agreement.
11. Project Completion & Final Delivery
A project is generally considered complete when the agreed deliverables have been provided, approved, launched, transferred, or otherwise made available to the customer.
Depending on the project, final delivery may include a live website, transferred credentials, customer-controlled accounts, electronic files, campaign materials, or other agreed digital deliverables.
Unless ongoing services are included in a separate plan, project completion does not automatically include indefinite website maintenance, future software updates, hosting, security monitoring, domain renewals, content changes, or additional marketing work.
